Where we ship

We wrap and post every order from our studio to:

• Mongolia: Ulaanbaatar and every aimag.
• South Korea.
• Other countries: please email us at gantsetseg@naver.com before you order, and we’ll check the route and the cost for you.

When your order leaves the studio

We’ll email you when your order is on its way.

Delivery cost and time

The delivery cost and the estimated delivery time are shown at checkout, based on the address you enter, before you pay.

Gift boxes go straight to your someone

At checkout, enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address. We don’t put prices or receipts in the box, only your card.

Changing or cancelling an order

• Gift message or address: you can change it until the order leaves the studio. Email us as soon as you can.
• Calendar pre-orders: you can cancel for a full refund any time before they ship.
• Monthly letters: pause or cancel any time. Changes made after the 25th apply from the letter after next.
• 6 or 12 letter packs: if you change your mind, we refund the letters that haven’t been posted yet.

Returns

Gift boxes and letters are made for one person, with your own message, so we can’t take them back once they’ve been posted, unless something went wrong (see below).

Calendars can be returned unused, in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. The return postage is paid by the customer.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or it isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we pay the postage.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived by the estimated date, email us and we’ll trace it with the post office.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 business days of us approving them. Your bank may take a few more days to show the money.
