When will my gift box arrive?
Every box is wrapped by hand and leaves our studio within 2–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the address, so you'll see the estimate at checkout before you pay. We'll email you when it's on its way.
Can I choose a delivery date?
There's no date picker on the site yet. Email us the date you're hoping for and we'll do our best, but we can't promise how long the post office will take.
Can I change the gift message?
Yes, until the box leaves the studio. Just email us your new message as soon as you can.
Will the recipient see the price?
No. We never put prices or receipts in the box, only your card.
Can I send a gift box to someone in another country?
Yes, if they live in Mongolia or South Korea. Just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. For other countries, email us before you order and we'll check the route and the cost for you.
Do you ship abroad?
We ship to Mongolia (Ulaanbaatar and every aimag) and South Korea. For anywhere else, email us before you order and we'll check the route and the cost for you.
When do calendars ship?
Our 2027 calendars are pre-orders and ship in December 2026. You can cancel any time before they ship for a full refund.
How do the monthly letters work?
We post an illustrated letter in the first week of each month, and if you order by the 25th, you'll get the next one. You can subscribe monthly, or prepay a pack of 6 or 12 letters.
How do I pause or cancel letters?
Email us and we'll pause or cancel your monthly letters any time. If you write after the 25th, the next letter still goes out and the change starts from the one after. For 6 or 12 letter packs, we refund any letters that haven't been posted yet.
Can I gift letters?
Of course! Choose "As a gift", then add the recipient's name, who it's from, your message and the month for the first letter. You'll enter their address at checkout, and the first letter comes with a little card saying it's from you.
How do I pay?
Prices follow the language you choose: Mongolian in tögrög (MNT), Korean in won (KRW) and English in US dollars (USD). On the Mongolian site you pay with QPay, and the other payment options are shown at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry! Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, with the postage on us. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval.
